About

The operator's approach to AI

My AI work isn't theoretical. Every project in this portfolio was built to solve a real problem, test a real hypothesis, or ship a real product. I treat AI the same way I treat operations: start with the constraint, measure what matters, iterate fast.

I'm not an engineer by title. I'm a COO who builds. That means I think about unit economics alongside user experience, about organizational readiness alongside model capability, about what actually ships versus what demos well.

Right now I'm focused on the intersection of AI augmentation and outsourcing. Not full automation. The practical middle ground where AI makes human teams faster and more capable without pretending humans aren't needed.
